Ivory DeWitt

Passionate and dedicated IT Instructor and Career Coach, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in instructional design. Specialized in teaching Google IT Coursera certifications, adept at creating dynamic learning environments, and skilled in assessing student progress. Committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the technology landscape.

Currently serving as an Python Automation Instructor teaching automation skills, Python, Linux, and cloud computing. Well versed in professional development work skills, and IT career training and interview preparation.

Previously worked as an IT Technical Instructor and Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator at Meta, where responsibilities include delivering engaging technical training sessions, instructing end-users on A/V equipment setup, troubleshooting, and crafting interactive e-learning content. Previous roles encompass Project Management and Data Analytics Instructor at Yearup and Instructional Facilitator at Commonwealth Charter Academy.

Academically, I hold a B.S. in Computer Science/Software Engineering from Southern New Hampshire University and an M.Ed. in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology from Western Governor’s University. I am actively pursuing a Python Machine Learning Certification, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning.

Proficient in a diverse set of skills, including Microsoft Office 365/Suite, Jira Service Desk, troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, customer service, Mac/Windows OS management, Python, SQL, and instructional design.
