Lisa Haynes brings more than 12 years of experience supporting students and alumni as they pursue meaningful educational and career opportunities. With an extensive background in healthcare, she has managed two fast-paced medical clinics and previously served as an Externship Coordinator and Director of Career Services, where she coached healthcare students and alumni as they transitioned from training into successful careers.
Throughout her career, Lisa has understood the importance of retaining strong relationships with employers while providing alumni with professional development, career coaching, and ongoing guidance to help them thrive in the workplace. Known for her unwavering commitment to student success, she is a dedicated advocate who goes above and beyond for the individuals she serves. Whether celebrating milestones or helping alumni overcome challenges, Lisa is persistent, resourceful, and determined, never hesitating to make multiple attempts to connect with and support those who need encouragement. She believes every alumnus has the potential to succeed and is passionate about helping them build fulfilling careers and continue their educational journey.
