Qualifications
- This position requires access to confidential supervisory information, which is limited to “Protected Individuals.” Protected Individuals include, but are not limited to, U.S. citizens and U.S. nationals, U.S. permanent residents who are not yet eligible to apply for naturalization, and U.S. permanent residents who have applied for naturalization within six months of being eligible to do so or who will sign a declaration of intent to apply for naturalization before they begin employment
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field of study, or equivalent work experience
- Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience, preferably in banking, finance, fintech, or banking supervision, including 8+ years of leadership/management experience. While a technology background is not required, a foundational understanding of the technology landscape and industry trends, as well as technical knowledge in specific emerging technologies is desirable
- Proven leader, developer, and motivator of high performing teams to include providing candid constructive feedback with a focus on development and accountability; and values and promotes diversity and inclusion
- Strong business insight with a demonstrable ability to evaluate the costs, risks and benefits associated with alternative actions before making decisions
