- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Immunology, Cancer Biology, or a related field, with relevant experience in an industrial or academic lab setting
- Strong wet-lab skillset with hands-on experience in immuno-oncology assays with a focus on myeloid cells
- Ex vivo culture of primary leukocytes and development of immune cell-based assays, including phagocytosis, antigen presentation, and T cell activation
- Isolation and immunophenotyping of mouse and/or human immune cells
- Proficiency in multi-color flow cytometry and FlowJo software
- Experience with immunological (ELISA, MSD) and molecular biology (RT-PCR, Western blot) techniques and data analysis
- Strong verbal and writing skills for data documentation, study reporting, and communication of progress to team members and management
