Qualifications

  • Two years of Retail Sales experience in a face-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Flexibility to work in all UCSF Gift Shops: Parnassus, Mission Bay (2), and Mount Zion; variety of hours including weekends and holidays
  • Cash handling experience using POS systems, credit card terminals and Apple pay
  • Customer service with a positive attitude, friendly and pleasant demeanor over the phone and in person
