Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming technology shipments.
  • Accurately inventory, label, and organize assets within our inventory management system.
  • Prepare laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices for customer deployment.
  • Image, configure, and update Windows and macOS devices using established procedures.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure devices meet customer requirements.
  • Package and prepare outbound shipments.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
  • Securely process devices throughout their lifecycle, including deployment preparation and end-of-life processing.
  • Coordinate warranty repair requests with manufacturers.
  • Assist with inventory audits and other operational projects.
  • Occasionally assist with client pickups and deliveries, including driving company vehicles as needed.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Windows or macOS preferred.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, logistics, manufacturing, technology operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
