- Deliver top performance by performing routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
- Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, clear communication, and education on system maintenance.
- Accurately document services performed and recommendations made through proper forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Adhere to Service Champions’ quality and safety standards while fulfilling commitments.
- Continuously update your job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and embracing lifelong learning.

- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in various climates (hot, cold, wet) depending on the weather
- Capability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks daily
- Integrity and a commitment to promoting a positive company image
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required
- Prior sales experience highly desired
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions and work independently
