Responsibilities
- Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software
- Troubleshoot desktop system issues, including network connectivity
- Set up and configure new laptops and desktops
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems
- Document processes, solutions, and FAQs for the IT knowledge base
Skills
- Proficiency in VPN setup and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networks and IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of DNS and SCCM
- Ability to manage computers within an enterprise environment
