INSULATION INSTALLERS

Responsibilities:

• Remove old insulation and install blown-in and batt insulation.
• Clean and sanitize attics and crawl spaces.
• Perform air sealing, rodent proofing, and vapor barrier installation.
• Protect customers’ homes and keep work areas clean.
• Follow safety procedures and crew leader instructions.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas.
• Able to perform physical work, climb ladders, and lift materials.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to the designated meeting location.
• Insulation, construction, or home improvement experience is a plus.
• English or Spanish speakers welcome.
