What You’ll Do
As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care while helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care
- Follow individualized care plans and assigned nursing procedures under the direction of licensed nursing staff
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the appropriate nursing team member
- Accurately document care and services provided
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide high-quality resident care
Qualifications
- Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Ability to work a consistent full-time 4/2 rotation
- Availability for PM or NOC shifts
- Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine interest in caring for seniors and supporting their quality of life
