WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment.
  • Diagnose problems and identify the true root cause.
  • Communicate with customers regarding repairs, quotes, and preventative maintenance.
  • Recommend solutions that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
  • Work independently while collaborating with Dispatch and other technicians.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of HVAC/R service, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience OR trade school/apprenticeship experience
  • Commercial or industrial HVAC/R experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Valid driver’s license
  • EPA HVAC/R certification is a plus
  • HVAC/R or Refrigeration certification is a plus
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings is a plus
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
