Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School District | San Francisco, California

We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students within a California school district. This is a full-time contract opportunity offering competitive weekly pay and full benefits.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide consultation and training to school staff and families
Analyze student data and track progress
Support students with behavioral and developmental needs

Requirements:

Active BCBA Certification
California licensure/credentials as required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
