Commercial Ice Machine/Refrigeration Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:

Responsible for performing preventative maintenance on commercial ice machines and refrigeration units.

Commercial Ice Machine/Refrigeration Maintenance Technician:

• Follow program of on-going preventative maintenance.
• Create and process job tickets and work orders in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergencies during or after work hours. Call rotation.
• Maintain truck inventory.
• Maintain and drive vehicle in safe manner.

Job Requirements:

This position requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record , ability to pass a pre-employment background check, excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.

Commercial Ice Machine/Refrigeration Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year Commercial Refrigeration experience
• Strong mechanical skills
• Ability to climb all types of ladders
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Call rotation for emergencies during the week at night and on weekends.
• Compensation: Negotiable Hourly Rate Based on Experience plus full benefits after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, and opportunities for bonuses and raises depending on quality of work
