We’re excited to celebrate
JobTrain’s 60th Anniversary
with you.

Sixty years is more than a measure of time. It is a collection of lives, dreams, and turning points bound together by courage and community. What began in 1965 with a priest’s conviction and a minister’s vision has become a legacy carried forward by countless students, staff, and partners who believed that opportunity could change everything.
Ours is a story shaped by resilience and guided by mavericks who saw possibility where others saw limitation. For six decades, people have walked through JobTrain’s doors carrying uncertainty and walked out carrying dignity, skill, and hope. Their victories are not just personal, they ripple outward strengthening families, uplifting neighborhoods, and transforming entire communities.
Today, as we honor this legacy, we also recognize that every generation brings with it new challenges and new dreams. The same spirit that sustained us in the 1960s is the spirit that guides us now: Bold, Unafraid, and Determined to meet tomorrow with both hands open.
As we look to the future, a new building, new programs, and new possibilities, we do so with gratitude for the past and faith in what lies ahead. Because JobTrain has always been and will always remain: a place where potential goes to work.
