JobTrain’s Economic Opportunity Awards (EOA) program highlights the innovative work of Bay Area businesses dedicated to providing career opportunities for people of diverse backgrounds or who may have barriers to employment. EOA highlights these innovations and raises awareness about the benefits of hiring from this untapped talent pool. EOA is expanding opportunities for people in the Bay Area and is creating a pathway for new and diverse talent in Bay Area companies.
