Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Seven (7) years of professional experience
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in managing, leading, or directing a Housing or Auxiliary Operation or equivalent experience
- Experience developing occupancy plans and managing occupancy projections
- Experience in managing facilities and projects
EBMUD
- Job Title: Electrical Worker II
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent
- Twelve months of experience equivalent to East Bay Municipal Utility District’s (EBMUD’s) Electrical Worker I classification
- Possession of a valid California driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
- EBMUD candidates must have achieved satisfactory completion of the On-the-Job Training (OJT), vocational school, and self-study courses specified in the EBMUD’s Maintenance Trades Program for Electrical Technicians, including supervisory certification of proficiency. Must advance to the Electrical Worker III within 18 months of appointment
- Completion of an accredited community college or comparable certificate program in electrical technology or closely related field, acceptable to EBMUD, may be substituted for the required 12 months of experience
