Jason Arana Joins JobTrain as Alumni Career Coach to Empower Healthcare Professionals
Menlo Park, CA – JobTrain, a leader in providing pathways to economic mobility, is proud to welcome Jason Arana as its new Alumni Career Coach. With over 17 years of experience in the private post-secondary education sector and a deep passion for community engagement, Jason brings a unique combination of expertise and dedication to his new role.
Jason’s career journey includes working with various colleges and universities in Southern and Northern California, with local institutions like Unitek College and NPower. His work in these institutions helped him develop a profound appreciation for nonprofit organizations and their missions to serve diverse and underserved populations.
In addition to his professional achievements, Jason is deeply rooted in his local community. He volunteers at his local parish, where he serves as a lector, eucharistic minister, and confirmation/R.C.I.A. instructor.
Jason’s experience with allied health programs, determination in fostering personal growth, and his passion for building community aligns perfectly with JobTrain’s mission to transform lives through education and career development. As Alumni Career Coach, Jason will focus on supporting healthcare alumni, empowering them to achieve greater economic stability & professional success while strengthening the Bay Area’s healthcare workforce. He will also be able to provide critical social support services.
