Assists in operating the meal programs; maintains sanitary and safe procedures in all areas of food service delivery in accordance to County Senior Nutrition Program standards. 2. Checks and keeps record of delivery time and temperature of catered food; maintains appropriate food temperature as required. 3. Prepares room and furniture for meal service and activities; directs volunteers in setting up and cleaning up the kitchen and dining areas. 4.
