- Job Title: Head Pastry Chef
*Candidates must hold a Food Safety Manager Certification.
*Must be willing to commute to the bakery for shifts, which begin early mornings Tuesday-Saturday. Once the bakery is settled and fully staffed, you may change your hours to Monday-Friday if you prefer.
*Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
*Ability to bake and decorate cheesecakes and other cakes, make puff pastry, and ability to weigh and shape cookie dough with precision.
*Desire to follow brand direction, collaborate, and develop new recipes based on brand guidelines.
*Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and health standards.
