Office Management
Schedule company meetings and order lunch for in-person meetings
Sort incoming mail, open and scan as needed and send to appropriate individual
Retrieve mail and packages from the mail center and deliver to recipient’s desk
Run local errands as needed
Manage inventory and order office and kitchen supplies
Keep the kitchens stocked with coffee, tea, snacks and drinks according to budget provided
Ensure the kitchens are clean and orderly
Maintain a safe and tidy office environment
Plan and organize annual office party
File invoices and receipts
Perform simple bookkeeping tasks as needed
Assist employee benefit programs including health insurance and retirement plan
Help with annual audits and renewals of insurance policies
Shipping & Receiving
Provide general support – Assist as needed with packaging products and other materials, generating shipping labels and delivering to outgoing mail provider
Office Manager Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening
Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking and planning
Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude
Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting and using word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email software applications in the Microsoft 365 environment
Problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision
Keen attention to detail
