KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

·        Comprehensive understanding of food allergy awareness

·        Experience in catering is highly desirable

·        Expertise in cake decorating

·        Ability to function effectively as an independent worker

·        Capability to manage a streamlined operation that minimizes waste while meeting customer satisfaction

·        Proficiency in gluten-free and allergy-safe baking

·        Demonstrated skill in the preparation of bread, pies, cakes, pastries, and meat pies

·        Strong understanding of cost control measures and inventory management

This position offers a compensation range of $22 to $26 per hour, with the requirement to be available for PM shifts.
