In the 2017 Fiscal Year, 17% of JobTrain’s funds came from a variety of annual Special Events, such as the Economic Opportunity Awards, which highlights Bay Area businesses whose hiring practices encourage the success of individuals with different, sometimes challenging backgrounds.
JobTrain’s premier event, the Breakfast of Champions, showcases the amazing success stories of our students who have had major obstacles standing between themselves and success – which they have worked hard to overcome! Attracting more than 800 of Silicon Valley’s most prominent corporate, sports, and civic leaders, and JobTrain students and graduates, we hope that you will join us for our next Breakfast!
