Bell Ringers

At JobTrain, we believe the best social service program in the world is a job.

Therefore, when a client becomes employed, we take great pride in acknowledging the occasion. Professional accomplishments are honored with a celebratory bell ringing. When a trainee receives an employment offer, he/she leads their class to the lobby and rings the bell until all JobTrain staff and students are gathered.

Executive Director Sharon Williams personally congratulates each new hire and highlights their achievements within the JobTrain community.

Each bell ringing ceremony is an uplifting and encouraging experience for everyone in attendance. "After going through the program, I can tell you it really works. I am proof. Just be persistent and NEVER give up. JobTrain gives you the skills you need to succeed and prepares you for the jobs that are really hiring!"
